Westlyn Careers LLC is an education consultancy based in the United Arab Emirates. We help students and working professionals explore education programs, understand entry requirements and navigate the admissions process through our education partners.
2. Our role
- Westlyn Careers is not a university, college or awarding body.
- Qualifications are awarded by the institutions named on each program page. Those institutions are responsible for the program, its academic standards, admission decisions, assessment results and the award.
- Our role is to provide program information, admissions guidance, application and documentation support, and student and administrative support, as described for each program.
3. No guarantees
We do not guarantee admission to any program, the outcome of any assessment, or that a qualification will be recognised or accepted by a particular employer, professional body, regulator, government authority or other institution. We do not promise employment, promotion or immigration outcomes. Before you enrol, please check directly with any organisation whose requirements matter to you.
4. Program information
We aim to keep the information on the Website accurate and up to date. However, program details such as entry requirements, duration, delivery, intakes and fees are set by the institutions and may change. Before you apply, an advisor will confirm the current details and fees in writing, and the written confirmation takes precedence over the Website.
5. Fees and payments
Fees, payment options and any refund terms are confirmed to you in writing before you apply. Where fees are payable to an institution, that institution’s own policies on payments, withdrawals and refunds also apply.
6. Your responsibilities
- Provide information and documents that are complete, accurate and genuine.
- Tell us promptly if your circumstances or contact details change.
- Meet the deadlines and requirements set by the institution for your program.
We may stop supporting an application if we believe information or documents provided are false or misleading.
7. Use of the Website
You may use the Website for lawful purposes only. You must not attempt to interfere with the Website, gain unauthorised access to it, or use it to send spam or harmful content.
8. Intellectual property
The content of the Website, including text, design and the Westlyn Careers name and logo, belongs to Westlyn Careers LLC or is used with permission.
